WEEKEND RETREAT IN ELCHE – ALICANTE

– for those who want to learn Acem Meditation and for those who
practice Acem Meditation.

For those who practice Acem Meditation the programme includes
* Long meditations
* Guidance groups
* Evening talks on the psychology of Acem Meditation
* Morning sessions in Acem Yoga (optional)

The programme for the beginner's course includes
* Introduction: What is Acem Meditation?
* Instruction and practice of Acem Meditation
* What is correct meditation?
* The process of reducing stress and tensions
* Meditation in daily life
* Morning sessions in Acem Yoga (optional)

The programme includes some common sessions, but the beginner’s course will follow a programme without long meditations. Acem has more than 40 years of experience and has organized retreats in Spain since 2004, with participants from various parts of Spain. The course will be led by Tor Hersoug, initiator in Acem, and the instructors Karen Breen, Andreas Börde, Karin Remme and Arne Heimdal, in collaboration with meditators from Alicante. The instructors have long experience in teaching Acem Meditation.

VENUE
The retreat takes place in the village Elche, 30 minutes from Alicante, in "Casa De Espiritualidad Diego Hernandez.". The place is very silent and is situated in beautiful surroundings, which gives the best conditions for meditation and reflection. The venue is located at the end of a residential area, between chalets and the open landscape. All rooms have ensuite bathrooms.

COURSE LANGUAGE: English and Spanish.

COURSE FEE
Fee includes accommodation and full board. Single room EUR 170. Double room EUR 150 per person. Students in double room: EUR 120 per person (the beginner's course also includes accommodation and full board).
