Soulful insight and leisure

This is the summer course for those who are young at heart as well as those who like a lot of action. The course has plenty of time for introspection and personal growth through long meditations and guidance.

The body will be stimulated by various activities as well. We will repeat the success of "Kubb" - tournaments, where you can let loose your competitive side. At night the Swedish summer will call to you and you can flirt, sing and enjoy in the shadows of the summers evening. Maybe you want to swim in the moonlight.

There will be Yoga to stimulate deep breathing while at the same time stretching tired muscles.

During the week the programme will be varied and recreational with the possibility of bike rides, canoeing, hiking, volleyball, as well as sleeping and relaxing in the Swedish landscape. The berries will be ripe for picking and enjoyment whilst you wander in the sun with new friends.

The manor at Lundsholm is located in beautiful surroundings by the lake Mangen. The property is 144 Acres and is a quiet place quite suited for Acem-meditation and recreation. The manor includes a modern lecture hall and 48 rooms. Lundsholm is surrounded by forests and there is a small beach. There is ample possibilities for beautiful walks. The food is tasty lacto vegetarian cuisine.

The course leaders are Håvard Bell, Petter Halvorsen and Rolf Brandrud.
The course starts Saturday August 2th, and lasts until Saturday, August 9th.

Lundsholm Retreat Centre in Sweden can be reached by train to Arvika (the closest town), where you will be picked up, or we can arrange transportation for you from Oslo or Oslo Airport Gardermoen (2 ½ hours driving).
